Hallo,
ich habe mir mal die Zeit genommen um einen kleinen Tualatin zusammenzubauen und ein bischen zu übertakten.
Daten:
Motherboard : ASUS TUWE-M
Chipsatz: i810E2
Prozessor : Celeron 1300 @ 1733 bei 1,5 Standrad Corespannung
Stepping: SL6C7
Der Prozessor hat dank 0,13 µm noch eine Menge Potential. Intel hat diesen Prozessor nur nicht mehr mit höheren Taktraten angeboten, da er locker dem P4 Konkurrenz macht. Meiner läuft im Moment bei 1733 Mhz Primestable. Leider kann ich nicht höher gehen, da mein Board das nicht mehr mitmacht. Da der Multiplikator ja bekanntlich bei Intel fest verdrahtet ist, besteht nur die Möglichkeit den FSB von 100 Mhz uaf 133 Mhz anzuheben.
Der Prozessor bleibt selbst unter schwerem Load bei angenehmen 39 °C und zieht insgesamt ca 38 Watt.
Pentium M verdächtige Werte
... Naja der Pentium M bekannt unter der Baugruppe Centrino ist ja auch ein aufgebohrter P3.
